What you put in, you pour out!

Just like you cannot expect to stay healthy if you make unhealthy food choices regularly, so too you cannot expect to be fit if you rarely, if ever, exercise. My favorite thing to do is workout in 10 minute bouts because it is doable. I mean don't get me wrong, I love to workout for longer than 10 minutes at a time but a 10 minute bout of high intensity exercise such as climbing steps, jumping rope, indoor cycling, or running, to name a few, keeps my energy up, my mood elevated, and recent studies indicate that it can actually help strengthen your heart. So get off of your buttocks, take a 10 minute power walk or dance around your house either to music or a dance inspired exercise DVD; but please just get up and exercise. The time is right here right now.
